Two schoolgirls volunteer at a local radio station that is a glue for the community. Ryuji and Natsuo have arrived in town to manage the station. They are looking for local stories, content and programming when they hear that a festival called Yamaage has encountered problems. They and the two schoolgirls are involved in helping the situation.
